Cytoscape.js 3.18.0 released

Cytoscape.js 3.18.0 has been released. This release adds some options for controlling background images:

• Control the background image layering via background-image-containment #2778
• Control how a background image is interpolated via background-image-smoothing #2794
• And other new features…
