Cytoscape.js 3.24.0 released

Cytoscape.js 3.24.0 has been released. This version adds official, documented support for appending to the existing stylesheet with an additional string stylesheet, as contributed by Rob Gordon. Additionally, this release brings a new style value to control cross-origin image requests by Shashank Shukla as well as underlying layout improvements by @moser-clow.
